Refund policy
We accept all eligible returns requested within 14 days of the delivery date. This only applies to full priced items.
This excludes:
All discounted sale items are final! This means no refunds on sale items!
All pre-order items are non refundable as these are custom made orders
We exercise a strict quality process to ensure that you receive the best quality items. There are no refunds on items which have not been returned to our specified returns address (different from our mailing address) and not without an initial assessment.
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
- Have the original Silken Supply packaging still intact. This includes all tags, binds and labels.
- The extensions must not be altered in any way (brushed out, cut, coloured, bleached)
- Not appear to have been worn
- Any free gifts must also be included with the returned items.
If your items do not meet these standards your refund will be rejected.
Please contact us at info@silkensupply.com with your full name and order number to request a return. If your return is approved you will be sent the returns address via email. Please note that the there is a £2.50 processing fee for refunds
We recommend that you send your return via Royal Mail special delivery. This is a tracked, weighed and insured service. You are responsible for ensuring that your order gets back to us. You will not be refunded under any circumstances if we don’t received your items back.
Your refund will be processed once we received the item in hand and it meets all of the requirements.
Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
Damages and issues
All items and parcels are photographed before shipment and thoroughly inspected. We ask that you also inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
