Shipping costs and times:


 CHRISTMAS SHIPPING:

For the Christmas period and other busy sale periods, UK orders will take 5-10 working days to arrive and international orders 10-15 working days. 

orders may be subject to minor delays outside of our control

Standard Shipping 

We aim to ship out all UK orders within  2-5 working days. Please note that this processing time cannot always be met due to factors outside of our control.  For example, during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc.

In the case of missing parcels or delayed or attempted deliveries by our couriers, this may further delay the time you expect to receive your parcel. All customers are advised to order hair well in advance of hair appointments to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for cancelled or missed appointments.

 If you’re not in when the parcel is delivered, you will receive a re-delivery note. It is your responsibility to book the re-delivery with the details provided. 

UK : Royal Mail Special delivery (Signed for and Tracked) - Parcels are shipped out within 2-5 business days and will arrive the following working day. If the order is shipped out on Friday or Saturday, your parcel will arrive on Monday. Please note that during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc., your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive. 

UK Next Day Delivery: For next day delivery orders must be placed before 12pm (midday). Your order will arrive the next working day. This excludes weekends. Eg, if your order is placed on a Saturday it will be shipped on Monday and will be delivered by Tuesday. 

INTERNATIONAL/ REST OF THE WORLD : DHL Express: If you are placing an order outside the UK, your shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Parcels are expected to arrive between 5-10 working days. Please note that during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc, your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details.



Incorrect adresses 
We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out, there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If any parcels go missing as a result of the customer providing the incorrect address we will not be liable. If in any case, an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.
